13-year-old child, who had visible burn marks and cuts on her, said she did not want to go back home with her mother and stepdad due to being beat and pnished all of the time because her mom was bothered to have another woman staring at her husband; arrests

According to the police officials, the girl’s mother, 42-year-old Kacey, and the girl’s stepdad, Edward, were both arrested and taken into custody after they reportedly beat and used different methods to punish and starve the 13-year-old child who was found walking alone in a parking lot.

Both suspects were taken into custody and later charged with multiple charges, including: child abuse and child abuse resulting in substantial bodily harm.

In September 2023, the responding officers made contact with the 13-year-old child, who was not identified due to her age. The girl was walking alone in the parking lot when a woman saw her and called 911. Read the full story here ▶
