A pair of officers from the Kansas City Police Department were eating at Chili’s when they received a heartwarming surprised they felt they had to share.
While they enjoyed their meal, a teenage girl dropped a napkin on their table. The message inside gave these officer’s hope, and they wanted to share their story.
