A newly unsealed arrest affidavit for top Denver, cardiologist Stephen Matthews, 35, reveals a pattern of 10 women reporting blacking out after drinking with the doctor during dates over the last four years, with several of them saying he sexually assaulted them after they were knocked unconscious.
Matthews was arrested Monday, May 14 and charged in nine new cases according to prosecutors.
He had previously been charged with felony sex assault in a single case in April after accusations that he sexually assaulted a woman. Read the full story here ▶
