Police officials said the victim’s relative, later identified as 24-year-old Brittany and her boyfriend, 34-year-old Adam, were both taken into custody and are now facing multiple charges, including: murder, abuse of a c0rpse, and tampering with evidence.
The 4-year-old victim, Chloe, was in the care of both suspects. The unfortunate little girl was reportedly last seen alive by family and friends 3 months ago and was reported missing earlier this month.
Brittany was Chloe’s aunt and she reportedly had custody of the little girl. When authorities took the 24-year-old woman into custody, she reportedly said that in August 2023, her 4-year-old cousin climbed on a shelf in her bedroom and fell off. Read the full story here ▶
