According to the court documents, the 20-year-old dad, Alex, murdered his baby because the child cried while he was playing video games. Prosecutors said the defendant pleaded no contest to second-degree murder last week.
Prosecutors said the 6-month-old baby was found dead laying on her back in the bedroom. On May 18, 2022, officers responded to the victim’s home.
