Father, who took a bat and beat his 5-year-old son, who had autism and used tablet to communicate, to death before he called 911 and told the dispatcher that ‘he was hearing voices and did not know why he killed the child’, was sentenced!

According to the court documents, the 34-year-old father, later identified as Matthew, was sentenced to life in prison after he pleaded guilty to aggravated murder, kidnapping, and endangering children.

Prosecutors said the father killed his 5-year-old son, Jax, who has autism. Matthew will be eligible for parole after spending 45 years in prison.

Per reports, the father called 911 and told the dispatcher that he killed his son. The father also told the dispatcher that ‘he was hearing voices.’ The responding officers found the 5-year-old victim in the living room suffering from life-threatening injuries. Read the full story here ▶
