After being pulled over a fence and mauled by two bullmastiff dogs, a six-year-old girl is recovering in the hospital from the abdomen and chest injuries.
On Monday in the late afternoon, Laquarna Chapman Palmer from Woodridge, south of Brisbane, was brought to Queensland Children’s Hospital, where she is still in critical condition.
One of her neighbor’s dogs rushed at her while she was playing on a fence and dragged her over. Then she was mauled by two dogs. Reece Chapman, her uncle, heard her screams and ran to her aid right away, but he was hurt in the process. Read the full story here ▶
