It started out as an ordinary day for Jake Bowers, an Ohio father who was riding in the car with his family, but that changed when he spotted an abandoned blue bag on the side of the road.
After asking his wife to pull over, the man decided to investigate, but what he found hidden inside the bag left him not only stunned but immediately going to the cops.
Thinking that the abandoned bag might contain a laptop, Bowers asked his wife to turn the car around so he could investigate. After she pulled over, he got out to take a closer look.
