Man, who attacked his ex-girlfriend, stabbed and sxually assaulted her before he kidnapped her 2-year-old daughter and strangled the little girl with a cellphone charging cord to death, won’t face any possibility of capital punishment after prosecutors declined to seek the death penalty against him!

According to the court documents, the 26-year-old defendant, Rashad, who prosecutors say kidnapped his ex-girlfriend’s daughter and strangled the child to death, will not face the death penalty after prosecutors declined to seek the death penalty against him.
