According to the court documents, the 36-year-old mother, Desire, was sentenced to 15 years in prison after she pleaded guilty to enabling child se-ual abuse and child neglect.
Prosecutors said the woman must serve at least 85% of the sentence before she is eligible for parole. The mother reportedly allowed the then-24-year-old man, Juan, to ra-e and impregnate her 12-year-old daughter.
The 26-year-old man was sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to first-degree ra-e of a victim under the age of 14. Authorities began their investigation after they learned about this incident when the 12-year-old child, who was not identified due to her age, was brought to the local hospital.
