Police officials said the 27-year-old mother, later identified as Crystal, and both babysitters, 45-year-old Linda 50-year-old Michael, were arrested and later charged with child abuse resulting in injury and child neglect causing serious bodily injury after they reportedly abused Crystal’s children.
Prosecutors said the children, 3-year-old, 4-year-old and 6-year-old, who were not identified due to their age, were severely beaten.
The unfortunate children were rushed to the local hospital with serious injuries. The doctors told investigators that the children reportedly suffered internal bleeding on their heads and faces and pressure wounds on their but-oks, which doctors believe is caused because the children were forced into maintaining the same position for an unnecessary period of time.
