According to the court documents, the 36-year-old mom, who slammed a hospital table into her 14-year-old special-needs daughter’s abdomen while the child was confined to a hospital bed, will spend 1 years in prison.
Prosecutors said the child reportedly died of blunt force trauma to the t0rso. An autopsy determined that the child, Jasmine, suffered two fractured rlbs and that her llver had been ripped open due to blunt force trauma.
