A New York City building superintendent made the horrific discovery of two deceased infants just outside a high-rise building last week.
Police sources reveal the infant boys were less than 24 hours old when they were discovered last Monday afternoon, about 20 feet apart near the six-story College Avenue building in Claremont.
One of the newborns was found partially covered in a pet training pad in janitorial area on the side of the building. The infant had head trauma along with his umbilical cord wrapped around his neck. Read the full story here ▶
