Police officials said the 25-year-old man, later identified as Clayton, reportedly killed his 74-year-old dad, Jorge, after an argument.
During an interview with investigators, the father reportedly admitted to killing his father by repeatedly kicking the elderly man in front of their house. Clayton was taken into custody and later charged with open murder and tampering with evidence.
The 911 caller told the dispatcher that an elderly person was on the ground and someone was yelling for him to die. The responding officers found the 25-year-old son washing his feed with water.
