Seventeen-year-old Sophia Putney-Wilcox of Kalamazoo, Michigan, was hospitalized at Bronson Methodist Hospital after her 18-year-old ex-boyfriend, Adam Shigwadja, broke into her home, assaulted her, and set her room on fire on a Monday night.
