Shocking safety footage shows the second a homeless woman accosted a 16-year-old lady and tried to strangle her from behind outdoors a New York City sushi restaurant.
The October 4 incident noticed a woman police say is Minerva Martinez, 36, march up behind the lady as she ate outdoors Watawa Sushi in Astoria, earlier than clamping her arm across the teenager’s neck for a few seconds, then releasing it.
