Police officials said the 29-year-old suspect, later identified as Timothe, was arrested and later charged with child abuse after he reportedly cut a 2-year-old boy’s p-nis.
Per reports, the man reportedly attempted to circumc-se the little child and after the botched attempt, he called the boy’s mom and told her that her son was bleding from the private area after a piece of glass entered the diaper.
According to the boy’s mom, the 29-year-old man, who is also her cousin, was babysitting her 2-year-old son. The woman rushed her son to the hospital after the child had a severe cut on his p-nis. Read the full story here ▶
