When a California nanny chose to go to the park with a 2-year-old she was taking care of, the fun trip turned into a horror and tragedy right before her eyes. As she was watching the toddler, she noticed a stranger walking towards him.
Sadly, she quickly went to the boy’s aid, she soon realized that she was not quick enough and was left both sickened and horrified to discover what was stuck inside the toddler’s mouth.
