Kathryn Smith, 23, was found guilty in April of murdering her daughter Ayeeshia by punching her in the chest.

“Stop mommy, stop daddy,” neighbors heard the 21-month-old child say days before she died in the hospital in May 2014 after sustaining a tear to her heart from trauma caused by a blow to her chest.

Ayeeshia was hit with so much force that she bit through her own tongue.

Police officials said the 22-year-old granddaughter, later identified as Elise, was taken into custody and later charged with domestic abuse battery and domestic abuse battery with a dangerous weapon after she reportedly stabbed her grandfather in the face.

The responding deputies reportedly found Elise’s grandfather and grandmother in the house. The elderly couple told investigators they argued with their granddaughter after they asked her to shower.

A girl slipped a note to a waitress under a napkin in a small diner. The waitress, Emma, ​​felt something odd was happening but was at a loss for words as she found the handwritten note hidden between the napkins.
