The 400 block of State Street in Chicago became a scene of chaos at approximately 1:30 am on a Saturday, and it was all caught on video by a nearby surveillance camera. In the footage, a man in a green shirt and dark shorts is seen being chased and confronted by at least two other men, The Blaze reported.
