Natalie Allman, 29, was beaten and tortured by her ex-fiancé in front of her children in February 2012. In the photo, you can see the damage that Jason Hughes inflicted on her.
Hughes used weight lifting dumbbell to beat Natalie and then cut her throat with a Swiss Army knife.
The whole time, Natalie’s 5-year-old twin boys watched. Hughes is the biological father of the two boys named Ethan and Timmy. The couple had been separated for a few weeks.
