An Australian woman, age 40, was shot and killed in an alley near her home on July 15. Office Mohamed Noor shot the woman, Justine Ruszczuk after she had called 911 to report a sexual assault.
CNN reported that little information about the shooting has been released and investigators haven’t given any indication why Justine was shot.
Noor and his partner, Matthew Harrity, responded to the call and both officers had body cameras, but neither one was on. So, what is the point of the cameras if they officers don’t use them?
