Police arrived at a home in Amarillo, Texas, last week after receiving a report of an unresponsive baby. They reportedly found Angel Varner, 20, and her infant son, Jackson Blackmon, inside. The baby had already been confirmed dead by paramedics upon their arrival.
In the days after her son’s death, Varner allegedly created a GoFundMe campaign to aid with expenses related to the death of baby Jackson. Now she is in jail after confessing to killing him.
