She was his mother, and she locked him in a bathroom – and then left him there for a year. Her name is Brandy K. Jaynes, 36, and she is from Toquerville, Utah.
Jaynes was arrested and charged with second-degree aggravated felony child abuse. The boy’s father was the one who found him. He weighed only 30 pounds and wasn’t able to stand up.
Lt. David Crouse from the Washington County Sheriff’s Office said the boy looked like a victim from a concentration camp.
