According to the court documents, the father, later identified as 66-year-old Tony, was sentenced to 100 years in prison after he reportedly killed his daughter, 8-year-old Ariana.
Prosecutors said the elderly man shot his young daughter while he attempted to shoot his girlfriend, Ariana’s mother, and their 18-year-old son.
Prosecutors said the 66-year-old defendant pleaded guilty to deliberate homicide. The fatal incident occurred in July last year. The 911 caller, Tony, reportedly told the dispatcher that he shot people inside his home who were trying to attack him. Read the full story here ▶
