It looks like a pimple. But what they pulled out got bigger and bigger

Not for the weak of heart

Botflies lay their eggs underneath the skin of warm-blooded animals (horses, for example) so that the larva is protected as it hatches and grows. However, one unlucky traveller to Panama collected quite the souvenir in his travels: a collection of botfly larvae making themselves at home in his back.

But why would you go to a doctor to deal with such matters when you can gather up your friends and have a good laugh?

Not sure what is more disgusting… the maggots themselves or watching them being removed by someone with dirt under their fingernails…

The patient in this video must be grateful that he didn’t end up with an even more nasty infection afterwards!
