Shocking details have surfaced about convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, who is currently being held on sex trafficking charges by the authorities.
According to a report in the New York Times, Epstein reportedly wanted to spread his seeds into different women. The report says that in the early 2000s, Epstein mentioned to scientists and businessmen that he frequently courted that he had dreams of using his ranch property in New Mexico as a place where women would get inseminated with his sperm so as to give birth to his children. As disturbing as it is, he wasn’t secretive about it, the report states.
Jaron Lanier, who is considered the founding father of virtual reality was one of the scientists who Epstein kept close. Lanier told the publication that he had spoken to another female scientist, who worked with NASA, during one of the gatherings at Epstein’s Manhattan mansion. This scientist had revealed to him that Epstein wanted to get 20 women at a time pregnant at his massive property outside of Santa Fe. The idea for this insemination ranch had been inspired by the Repository for Germinal Choice, the scientist had told Lanier.
The Repository for Germinal Choice is a formerly operating sperm bank that was dubbed as the “Nobel prize sperm bank” by media reports for taking in sperms of Nobel laureates. Lanier also said that Epstein used the parties he held to potentially seek candidates for this ambitious dream.
Epstein was also interested in cryonics, where human bodies are frozen and to be brought back in the future, the report says. The success of cryonics is not scientifically proven. In fact, he had discussed freezing his head and his penis, the report says.Epstein kept the scientists and researchers close and happy by donating thousands of dollars to their research projects. For example, the report states that he had donated $20,000 to Humanity Plus (previously called Worldwide Transhumanist Association) in 2011. The report that spoke to “more than a dozen of his acquaintances” says that scientists admitted that “the prospect of financing blinded them to the seriousness of his sexual transgressions, and even led them to give credence to some of Mr. Epstein’s half-baked scientific musings.”
Another professor of law at Harvard, Alan M. Dershowitz also said that Epstein talked about seeking ways to improve the human race genetically.
Epstein’s lawyers did not comment on the subject. The 66-year-old was arrested on July 6 and is facing a maximum sentence of 45 years in prison. He pleaded not guilty and has been denied bail. He also reportedly attempted suicide.
