Mom’s Boyfriend Stomps Toddler’s Head to Death, Claims He Fell Off His Scooter

A crime is under investigation by the authorities after a child was reported to have died in the hands of a Californian man. The man was the boyfriend of the victim’s mother.

There have been countless news about children being abused, maltreated, hurt, or even murdered by the partner of their parents. In some cases, actual parents would entrust their child’s care to their partners and regret it later.

Santos Rodriguez was the boyfriend of Stephanie Acosta, the mother of 3-year-old Michael.

In San Bernardino, California, Rodriguez was reported to have brought the toddler to a hospital for treatment of a head injury on November 21. He reported to the hospital that the injury was due to an injury. He claimed that Michael was on his scooter playing when he accidentally fell. The fall resulted in him hitting his head on the ground.

The hospital then notified the police regarding the incident. The Californian man reported the same story to the authorities.

After some examinations performed by Michael’s doctors, they were able to identify that the little boy had a severe head injury. The hospital alerted the police about their diagnosis.

On the day of the incident, Rodriguez was visiting his girlfriend’s home. Michael lost his life that day.

After being questioned by the authorities, the Californian man then admits that he had stomped on Michael’s head countless times after losing his temper.

According to Heavy, the police continue to investigate the issue. The police are still keeping some information about the case confidential. Currently, Rodriguez is in the custody of the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga. He is placed there without bail.
