Police officials said the 30-year-old suspect, later identified as Timothy, was arrested at a restaurant where he worked and later extradited after he reportedly killed his girlfriend’s baby.
The man is now facing multiple charges, including first-degree murder by abuse or neglect. Prosecutors claim the suspect beat his girlfriend’s 1-year-old daughter to death while the mother was at work.
In March 2023, the 911 called told the dispatcher about a child suffering a medical emergency. First responders arrived at the mother’s home and found the severely injured girl.
