Well Known Private School Included Barack Obama In Primates lesson

A school is facing backlash after a teacher gave students an assignment where it comprised a former U.S. president in multiple-choice questions about apes and monkeys. The school is a historic Michigan private school that is en coun tering inquiry. The school responded to the situation by claiming the teacher did not create it and brought it from a highly regarded university.

As per FOX 2, initially in the month at The Roeper School which is a private institution in the Detroit suburb of Birmingham. The tuition and fees per student a year amount to $30,000. A high school biology teacher passed out a worksheet for an Ape, Monkey, and Lemurs: Introduction to Primates lesson. The material included different kinds of primates, comprising apes, monkeys, lemurs, and one Homo sapien. The Homo sapien was former president Barack Obama. The students were instructed to answer the questions to the best of their capability after the pre-course survey was distributed. The introductory question was Who’s who? Which of the following are primates? It asked the class to check all that apply and comprised a peacock, a prairie dog,

a chimpanzee, a porcupine, a monkey, the 44th Barack Obama president, and a lemur. Immediately after class, the worksheet went viral, which started their anger on social media. One user tweeted, The Roeper School in Birmingham Michigan is a disgrace. They are teaching racism and bigotry in school assignments! The GOP is worried about CRT which isn’t taught in schools. Here is an example of why children grow into racist adults! Another individual commented I’d be in favour of shutting down the Roeper School. Comparing anyone to monkeys, Obama or otherwise doesn’t reflect an intelligent, unbiased educational program. Bluntly, that looks pretty low-life to me.
