Prosecutors said the 30-year-old defendant, later identified as Rene, reportedly pleaded guilty after she filed a false ra-e report. The woman, who was married at the time, claimed that someone ra-ed her.
The alleged crime came as she admitted to cheating on her husband following a one night stand. She was arrested and taken into custody back in March after she reportedly se-ual battery two days before.
