The man on the right side of the photograph is Mick Philpott. His entire life he was good for nothing. A loser. Never worked. He fathered seven children with five different women. He did this to live a life of freedom on handouts and free accommodation from the government. Or rather, from the taxpayer. Philpott had figured out the system.
He learned that more children meant more benefits, which meant he did not have to work. He did not have to do anything. He could stay home, collect checks, and demand more from the local council whenever he wanted something.
